Delete your Ilmora account
Ilmora keeps an account for everyone who uses it, so your progress can come back on a new phone. You can delete yours at any time, in the app or by writing to us.
In the app
- Open Ilmora and go to Settings.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete account, and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email nyxel.help@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Ilmora account, from the Google account you signed in with (or tell us its address). We'll delete the account and everything listed below, and write back when it's done.
A guest account isn't tied to an email address, so we can't find it from an email: delete it in the app, or it is deleted on its own after 90 days without use.
What's deleted
- Your Ilmora account and its link to your Google account: your name, email address and picture as Google gave them.
- Every answer you gave, and the mock papers you sat with their marks.
- Your bookmarks, and the record of the questions Ilmora gave you and any rewarded-video bonus.
- Your backups: the copies of your progress, settings and the name and number you typed.
- Our record of your Ilmora Plus purchases. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play, or it keeps renewing.
What isn't deleted
- What the app keeps on your phone, until you uninstall it.
- Reports that a question is wrong. They carry nothing about who sent them, so they stay with the question.
- Crash reports and usage counts in Google's Firebase, which are tied to a random number for the app on your phone, not to your account, and are kept for up to 90 days.
