Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Nyxel when you play YourMove. By using the app you accept them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets an older age for agreeing to these terms, you need your parent or guardian's permission until you reach it.
Your account
- You can play as a guest. A guest account lives on your device: lose the device or sign out, and it's gone. Link Google or Apple to keep it.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your Google or Apple sign-in to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy & data.
Coins and designs
- Coins and designs are for use in YourMove only. They have no value outside it, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred to anyone else.
- You get a licence to use what you earn or buy, not ownership of it.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. Refunds go through them. If a purchase is refunded, we take back the coins and designs it gave you.
- Coins you stake on a match go to the winner, less the table's fee shown before you play.
- We may change prices, rewards and what's on offer.
Playing fair and being kind
Don't:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players, or post hate, sexual content or spam;
- use a name or picture that's offensive or pretends to be someone else;
- cheat: use bots, modified apps, exploits or other accounts to win, or to farm coins and rewards;
- interfere with the app, its servers or other players' use of them;
- break the law.
You can report or block a player from their profile or during a match. We review reports and may remove content, and warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Closing an account for breaking them loses its coins and designs.
What you send
You keep what you write in names and messages, and give us permission to store it and show it to the players it's meant for, as long as we need to run the game.
The app itself
YourMove, its games, art and code belong to Nyxel and its licensors. We work hard to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features. Where the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Playing after that means you accept it.
